These terms cover bookings and stays at Ameya Resorts, Kimsar, Tehsil Yamkeshwar, Uttarakhand. By enquiring, booking, or checking in, you're agreeing to them.
Bookings
A booking is confirmed once we've acknowledged it and, where applicable, received an advance payment. Rates quoted are per the dates and occupancy agreed - changes in either may change the rate.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in is from 12:00, check-out by 11:00. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability - ask us and we'll do what we can.
Identification
Valid government-issued photo ID is required for every adult guest at check-in, in line with local regulations.
Adventures and activities
ATV rides, jungle treks, and the jeep safari happen outdoors in the hills and carry inherent risk. Guides brief you before each activity - follow their instructions. Guests take part at their own discretion; we recommend disclosing any medical condition beforehand.
Property and conduct
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to huts, furniture, or common areas during their stay. We run on a quiet-hills policy after 10pm out of respect for other guests and the neighbourhood.
Cancellations

Liability
We take reasonable care of your safety and belongings, but Ameya Resorts is not liable for loss, theft, or injury arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including weather, road conditions, and wildlife in the surrounding forest.
