Cancellation Policy

Plans in the hills change. Here's how we handle it.
Free cancellation
Cancel up to 7 days before check-in for a full refund of any advance paid.
Within 7 days
Cancellations made 3-7 days before check-in are refunded 50% of the advance paid. Inside 3 days, or for a no-show, the advance is not refundable.
Date changes
Need to move your dates instead of cancelling? Tell us as early as you can - we'll shift your booking to new dates, subject to availability, at no extra charge.
Weather and road closures
If the route to Kimsar is closed by landslide or weather and you genuinely cannot reach us, we'll rebook your dates or refund in full - just send us proof (a news report or official advisory is fine).
Booked through an OTA
If you booked via MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, or another platform, that platform's cancellation terms apply - cancel through them directly.
How to cancel
